JULY has proven to be a very busy month as we hosted many groups with many children and young people in attendance. Very few groups are going across the border as most of them are putting all their energies into ministering to those in the colonias on this side of the border. We were able to put our new #93 Park Model Kitchen to use for the first time; thank you to all of those that contributed to it's construction financially and physically. It is a wonderful new addition to the facility. The summer hasn't been as hot as last year, but it has been more humid. Many areas were affected by the flooding and it will take a very long time for people to recover that which was lost; the needs will be great for a long time to come.
