The Ministry provides a service that is available to any missionary in that we will receive their mail for them and hold it until they are able to pick it up. There is no charge for this service as long as they lodge with us. A charge is incurred only when the mail is picked up and the missionary has not lodged with us.
To qualify for this service an application must be filled out and returned to us either by email or regular mail. When it has been approved we will then give you your own unique mailing address.
Our hours of service are Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to noon. We ask that you phone before picking up your mail to confirm that someone is at the location to help you.
The mail room has been operating since April, 2009 and we now are serving over 50 missionary families and organizations. It takes a lot of time organizing and sorting mail every day, but it is a pleasure to know that we are blessing others. Remember if you would like to have your mail sent here you must have an application approved by us and then have been given your new unique personal address.
