GENERAL RULES

Reservations require a minimum of 3 months.

A $100 deposit is required to reserve a lot.

Total Rent is due at check-in time.

Deposit will be applied to total rent, at check in.

We will do our best to accomodate you for less than 3 months upon arrival without a reservation.

Reservation is non-transferable and cannot be "rolled over."

Request for reservation refund must be received in writing prior to August 1, due to death or terminal illness of person(s).

A $20 deposit for Gate Key, to be refunded at check out.

No refund for unused rent.
